* A script for a sperm analysis

* A script for hormone and ovulation testing

* A handout on low-tox living/endocrine disruptors

* A male and female fertility handout

WEEK 2-4: (based on when results come in)

* A follow up appointment to discuss results

* A diet/nutrition plan for both partners.

* Recommended supplementation for both partners (supplements themselves are not included in cost as this will vary for couples).

WEEK 8 -12:

* Another follow up appointment to check in, monitor progress and make any required changes
