GUT HEALTH NATUROPATH

Evidence-Based Support for IBS, IBD & Digestive Health

Bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea and unpredictable digestion can have a significant impact on your everyday life — particularly when symptoms persist despite trying different diets, supplements or medications.

Whether you're experiencing ongoing digestive symptoms, have been diagnosed with IBS or IBD, or simply feel like something isn't quite right with your gut, my approach is to look at the bigger picture.

As a naturopath with a special interest in digestive health, my goal is to help you better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms with extensive testing and individualised treatment plans.

Digestive Symptoms

Experiencing ongoing bloating, reflux, indigestion, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal pain or reactions to certain foods?

Digestive symptoms can have many potential causes, which is why my approach considers your symptoms, medical history, diet, medications and relevant investigations rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all gut protocol.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Living with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis? I offer evidence-based naturopathic support alongside your existing medical care, with a focus on nutrition, nutrient status, digestive health and overall wellbeing.

Gut Microbiome Testing

Comprehensive gut microbiome testing may provide additional information about your gut bacteria, microbial diversity, digestive function and selected gastrointestinal markers.

Testing is recommended where clinically appropriate and interpreted alongside your symptoms, medical history and other investigations.

Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS)

Have you been diagnosed with IBS after your investigations came back normal? Or followed a low-FODMAP diet but don't want to give up garlic forever?

IBS can present very differently from person to person. Depending on your symptoms and history, there may be value in looking more closely at your diet, bowel habits, gut microbiome and other potential contributors to your digestive symptoms.
